- Proofolio.ai serves businesses collecting customer stories and universities collecting alumni stories. It is separate from other products named Proofolio that offer recruiting, resumes or skills verification.

## Product and evidence

Customers follow an invitation link and speak with an AI interviewer in their browser. The interview covers the customer's experience, alternatives, decision and outcome. It produces a case study, testimonials, quotes and video clips, with the recording and transcript attached. The customer's team reviews the story and publishing permission before sharing it.

The library supports customer insights and voice-of-customer research from recorded experiences. Findings describe the people interviewed, not a representative survey of a whole market. Teams can connect their library to Claude and ChatGPT through the Model Context Protocol (MCP). A private library connection does not make its contents public or add them to web search.

## Pricing

Starter is $500 a month for 10 customer stories per month; Growth is $1,000 a month for 50 customer stories per month; Scale is $2,500 a month for 150 customer stories per month. Every plan includes the full platform, with no setup fee. Annual billing saves 10%. Extra stories are billed per story: $60 on Starter, $30 on Growth, $20 on Scale. An additional interviewer is $250.
